At Grange we take our food very seriously. We are committed to ensuring that every guest who dines with us enjoys a fantastic meal prepared with the freshest local produce. And because healthy eating is as important to us, we make sure we know all the ingredients that are going into the food we serve.
Our brigade of chefs share the same passion to create menus to reflect their regional surrounds featuring unique Australian style influenced by French, Italian and Asian overtones. They also ensure their menus provide guests with a choice of good healthy balanced diet.
Special Meals
Orders for special meals can be arranged. Prior arrangement is essential. Please speak to your events coordinator prior to commencement of the event.
Red or White?
When Grange Group acquired Cleveland Winery in 2003, the property came with a stunning boutique vineyard that stretched across 120 acres.
Our winemakers produce good quality wines from fruits sourced from this vineyard. Together, our winemakers and viticulturalist work hard to ensure that our vineyard produces only the finest of grapes that will go into making the Cleveland Wines.
The vineyard produces distinctive cool climate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. The earliest plantings of some of these vines go back to 1984.
Cleveland Wines have 8 labels under its brand and they are widely used to pair with the glorious food that are served at our conferences, wedding receptions and other events.
We also stock an array of locally produced wines from the region as well as some well known Australian classics.
Conference
Did you know when you host your conference with the Grange Group, you get better food choices? Yes that's right. Your delegates will enjoy proper sit down Hot & Cold Buffet lunch each day and a scrumptious 3 course dinner (with a choice of 3 options to choose from each course!)
