From the Tullamarine Airport head along the Tullamarine Freeway (which becomes Citylink) towards Melbourne City.

Keep following Citylink (changes name to the Monash Freeway) towards the South Eastern suburbs (in the direction of Dandenong) until the Springvale Road turnoff.

Turn right into Springvale Road and continue (towards Frankston) until you reach the Mornington Peninsula Freeway exit. The sign will read Frankston/Portsea.

Turn left and follow the Mornington Peninsula Freeway until it ends between the towns of ‘Rosebud' and 'Rye'.

Go straight through the first roundabout and turn right at the second – this will take you to the Nepean Highway - also called Point Nepean Road.

Turn left at the Nepean Highway and Portsea is straight ahead – about 20 minutes drive. On the way you will pass the towns of ‘Blairgowrie’ & ‘Sorrento’.


Get onto the South Eastern Arterial.

Follow the South Eastern Arterial until Springvale Road. Turn into Springvale Road and continue (towards Frankston) until you reach the Mornington Peninsula Freeway exit. The sign will read Frankston / Portsea.

Follow the Freeway until it ends between the towns of ‘Rosebud' and 'Rye'.

Go through the first roundabout and turn right at the second - this will take you to the Nepean Highway (also called Point Nepean Road).

Turn left at the Highway and Portsea is straight ahead - about 20 minutes drive. On the way you will pass through Blairgowrie and Sorrento.
