The Grange Group have had an overwhelming response to last December’s release of Teamscapes®. We are currently preparing some info kits for those that requested them, but we wanted to give anyone else that might be interested the opportunity to respond… We will be hosting an Open Day for Teamscapes® on April 8th. If you would like an invite, please email us by clicking the email link below!

Teamscapes® are activities that are easily self-facilitated - the facilitator’s manual can be successfully navigated with only a small amount of background reading, say the night before. Alternatively you may like to use one of our preferred team builders and establish some hard core outcomes for your group. For more info click the weblink below, or ask for an info kit by clicking the email link.

Team Management Training
“The core of leadership is the art of mobilising and putting together the intellectual resources of all employees in the service of the firm” - Konosuke Matsushita (founder of Matsushita General Electric Co., Ltd. which holds over 44,000 patents and includes brands such as Panasonic

Every study of successful organisations has a number of things in common:
• The organisation has harnessed the creative intelligence of the entire workforce, not just the executives.
• Goal setting is prolific at all levels of the organisation, not just at the most senior level.
• People are an unlimited source of ideas, innovation, productivity, creativity and growth.
• Educated employees have increased work satisfaction and reduced staff turnover.
• Companies thrive when their people develop productive habits and are good problem solvers.

Team Management Training specialises in providing the methods and tools for staff and organisations to improve their effectiveness. Interventions include a variety of practices teams and leaders need to achieve peak performance dedicated to real outcomes to ensure maximum return for investment. We are one of the leaders in delivering Team Management Systems experientially along with a number of leadership and team development tools that are best learnt by experiencing, not just observing. This can be approached as a half day session complementing common conference themes to a stand alone program over a number of days. Some of our programs include:

Team Management Systems
Protocols & Practices of Highly Effective Teams
High Ropes/Low Ropes – An approach to limiting beliefs
Leadership – An experiential approach
Spiritual Wealth – The importance of communication empathetic.
