Welcome to the Christmas Issue of Grange News!
This is our opportunity to say thanks to all of you for the past year, and we look forward to taking care of you again next year!
2004 was a mixed year for us: we sorely missed Bellinzona Grange, Hepburn Springs in our portfolio of properties; however The Grange at Cleveland Winery became easily our most popular venue! Bellinzona will of course be re-opening next April. If you have not yet received your invitations, it isn’t too late – read on for details about getting an invitation...
The Grange Group has a huge year planned next year – the re-opening of Bellinzona Grange, additions to both Cleveland Winery and to Yarra Valley Grange, and perhaps most exciting of all – we will launch a new team-building product, unique to this country – see the article on TEAMSCAPES below for more info.

| Teamscapes® comes to Australia |

On a warm November morning The Grange Group changed the face of team-building in this country with the introduction of TEAMSCAPES®.
Teamscapes® is a UK team-building product which has been successfully operated by the Sundial Group in that country for more than eight years. 12 different activities make up the complete Teamscapes® suite - with the Grange Group purchasing the Australian licence to all products. The activities are easily self-facilitated, and the facilitator’s manual can be successfully navigated with only a small amount of background reading, say the night before…
We will be hosting some Teamscapes® introductory sessions for anyone who may be interested. Just send us an email by clicking below and we’ll send you an invite early next year! More info will appear on our website over the coming months. These great new activities will be at each of our venues with two in place already!

| Bellinzona Update DECEMBER 2004 |

Only four and a half months until opening day! As you can see from the pictures the ‘building site’ now almost looks like a ‘conference venue’. The walls and roof are now almost completed with the internal fit out also well under way. The project manager assures us that we will be open come April 2005… and I hope he’s right – we have our first booking on April 4th 2005!
If you are planning a conference in 2005, why not email us to arrange a one-on-one site inspection? Invites went out early this month – if you missed out, simply send us an email with your postal address and we’ll get one to you before Christmas.
