These are just some of the comments about our ‘Conference Concierge’ – the latest Grange Group tool designed to make running your conference easier. In essence we give you a mini-website where your conference organiser can upload pertinent information for delegates – directions, the conference agenda, accommodation details, meal options and ‘what to bring’. This becomes your own site to use during planning and organising the conference. Your staff can surf the site, assisting you in the smooth running of the event!

| Bellinzona Update – July 2004 |

Work continues on the New Bellinzona Grange Country Retreat. Despite the weather our builders remain on schedule for completion in March 2005. They are even optimistic of an earlier completion date!
The new facility will initially have 35 bedrooms (maximum opening capacity of 70) – with potential to expand the rear of the property. Multiple conference rooms, the latest technology, additional function rooms - ideal for weddings and parties. Recreation facilities to include – indoor pool, spa and sauna, squash courts, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor team-building space. Entertainment facilities will feature massage / treatment rooms, large screen televisions, internet kiosks pool tables and the like!

| New Privacy Laws |

In April the Federal Government launched new Electronic Marketing Legislation relating in particular to email marketing. In response The Grange Group has a new Privacy Statement. We believe we only send emails to entities with whom we have an ongoing business to business (B2B) relationship. All our electronic marketing material contains an unsubscribe facility and we feel each piece meets the new legislation.
