Over the weekend of March 13th and 14th The Grange Group will open their two newest venues. Located in Lancefield - just 50 minutes from Melbourne CBD, and less than 40 minutes from Tullamarine Airport, we can now offer our clients the best in regional conferencing, with next to no travel ‘down’ time! Sharing a high and low ropes course – and with a combined accommodation capacity of 48 single / 94 twin share, our properties in Lancefield can accommodate small to medium groups with ease!
Throughout the weekend we will be welcoming you to Cleveland Winery with a glass of champagne and a tour of the facilities. After taking the tour, join us for a tasting of our boutique wine selection and finger food…
Both venues will be set up to feature the products and services of our major suppliers – this is a real chance for you to see these two venues as they might look when you next conference with us! Meet the people who can put together a ‘Murder Mystery Night’ for your team – or perhaps a demonstration on the ropes course? Try your hand at ‘putting and pitching’ - compliments of Lancefield Golf Course and check out the team-building products from the ‘Team Management Training’. Also on display will be some of the great leisure and relaxation activities our properties offer. Late last year one of this country’s largest companies approached us seeking a solution to their training needs for 2004. With forty plus programs being rolled out – as part of a global strategy – we were asked to tender, with price being an important but not defining factor. The offer we submitted was well received – we won the contract. But how? What did we offer? How can YOU take advantage of our experience?
Rather than the usual ‘all meals and conferencing’ package – which is now an industry standard, we thought that such a serious commitment of resources from our client deserved a few ‘extras’…
• For the duration of each program, the venue will be branded with the company’s logo – on cups, stationery, pens etc. The client can now take ownership of the venue as ‘The XYZ Company Training Centre’
• A group photo will be taken of each group – and mailed to their respective home offices, contributing to the learning culture of the company.

| Bellinzona Grange Country Retreat – plans before council have been approved! |

Great news for all our clients waiting for the return of Bellinzona Grange, Hepburn Springs – the plans before council have been approved in their entirety! Building will commence immediately - expect an opening for the ‘New Bellinzona’ late Q1 2005! With improved disabled access, greater capacity (47 single and 82 twin) and new look bedrooms, the ‘new Bellinzona’ will truly be ‘conferencing at its best’!
